Hey there Kaybee Babies,
If you're looking to enhance your lashes but can't decide between lash extensions or a lash lift and tint, we've got you covered. Both are amazing options, but each has its own perks (and a few things to consider). Let’s dive into the pros, cons, and what you can expect from each treatment.

Lash Extensions: More Drama, More Glam
Pros:
- Instant Length & Volume: Lash extensions are perfect if you’re after that bold, dramatic look. Whether you go for our Natural Set for a subtle boost or our Bold Set for all-out glam, your lashes will look fuller and longer without mascara.
- Customized Look: Extensions allow you to choose how you want your lashes to look, from soft and fluttery to full-on glam. Regardless of which set you book, we always make sure to customize a look that suits you and your unique features.
- No Need for Mascara: With extensions, you'll wake up looking ready to go—no smudging or flaking mascara necessary (or the annoying hassle of removing your makeup at the end of the day).
Cons:
- Maintenance Required: Lash extensions need refills approximately 3 weeks to keep them looking fresh.
- Upkeep at Home: You'll need to be gentle around your eyes, avoid oil-based products, and cleaning them with a Lash Bath Shampoo daily.
- Allergic Reactions: Some people may experience sensitivity or allergic reactions to the adhesive ingredients. If you are someone who does have sensitivites or allergies, we do offer Patch Tests to help.

Lash Lift & Tint: Natural Enhancement, Low Maintenance
Pros:
- Low Maintenance: A lash lift and tint offers a more natural, long-lasting solution. Think of it like a perm for your lashes—just with better results! Our lifts last 8 to 12 weeks, which is longer than the average 6 to 8 weeks you might find elsewhere.
- Great for Natural Lashes: A lift enhances what you already have without adding any extra weight or strain. Plus, with a tint, you won’t need mascara for a while.
- Quick Process: A lash lift and tint takes less time than extensions, and you’re good to go with minimal upkeep afterward. Our Lash Lift & Tints are scheduled for 1.5 hours, but are usually done before that.
Cons:
-Less Drama: If you’re looking for that ultra-glam look, a lash lift might feel too subtle. It enhances your natural lashes, but it won’t add extra length or volume, unless you have out of control, gorgeous, thick and full natural lashes.
- Requires Healthy Lashes: A lift works best if your natural lashes are in good condition. If your lashes are very short or sparse, extensions may be a better option. Again, we do consider the health of your natural lashes even with extensions.
Similarities & Differences:
Both treatments give you beautiful lashes, but they achieve it in different ways. Extensions offer customizable length and volume, while a lash lift focuses on enhancing the curl and color of your natural lashes. In terms of commitment, lash lifts require less maintenance overall, but extensions offer more flexibility in creating your desired look.
The Health of Your Natural Lashes:
One of the biggest concerns for many clients is how these treatments affect their natural lashes. The good news? Both can be safe for your lashes when done correctly. Our expert lash technicians make sure to protect your natural lashes whether you’re opting for extensions or a lift.
Why We Keep It Simple:
At our studio, we believe in offering straightforward options for our clients—no endless decisions or hidden costs. That’s why we only offer two sets of extensions: NATURAL and BOLD. This way, you can easily pick the look that suits you best without feeling overwhelmed or like you're being charged for every little add-on. We want your experience to be easy, enjoyable, and totally stress-free.
In Conclusion:
Choosing between lash extensions and a lash lift really depends on the look you’re after and how much time you want to spend on maintenance. If you want full-on glam with a customizable look, lash extensions are the way to go. If you prefer a more natural enhancement with less upkeep, a lash lift and tint could be your new best friend.
