At KBS, we strive to provide the best possible service to our valued guests. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please review our policy below:

Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Charges will only be applied in the event of a cancellation, no-show, or late arrival:

• Cancellations within 48 hours: 25% of the service price will be charged.

• No-shows: 50% of the service price will be charged.

• Late Arrivals: Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in adjusted service time or charges.

• Before booking, please review pre-care instructions and to follow aftercare instructions to ensure the best results.

General Policies

• Forms: Intake and waiver forms are required before services.

• Refunds: Refunds are not permitted on services or opened products.

• Gift Cards: Must be presented at the appointment and used within one year of purchase.

• Children: Space is limited; please avoid bringing children. Parental consent is required for clients under 18.

• Photos/Video: Before/after photos/videos may be taken for training, liability, or marketing.
  Let us know if you’d like to opt out.

Before/ After Hour Appointments:

• For before/after-hour appointments, an additional 30$ fee applies.

Payments:

• We accept cash, debit and credit cards.

• All prices are subject to taxes and service fees.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and positive environment for everyone.

While rare, we reserve the right to decline service in cases of repeated tardiness, improper pre/post-care, or inappropriate behavior. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
